Overview
Campaigns is the selected client's outbound control center. Review campaign activity, download a complete campaign performance CSV, set Auto-Cadence Send share, and complete email content, sender, signature, and sending-domain checks before activation. Export Performance includes current and archived campaigns and remains available for an authorized former-client historical view. Authorized staff can use Call AFI for a live multi-campaign preflight, and the Responses number opens a read-only audit of counted and excluded messages. Authorized internal users may also see an isolated Practice Campaign panel. Non-SDR views start this panel collapsed with an assignment count, while the SDR view keeps it open for immediate practice access. Its ready count reflects quality-cleared scenarios, not call completion alone.
How to use this page
Select the client and campaign view
Choose a client, then use Active for active non-archived campaigns or All for every non-archived campaign allowed by your role. Show Archived adds archived rows. The summary shows contacts, active campaigns, meetings set, and conversion rate.
Export campaign performance
Select Export Performance to download one CSV for every current and archived campaign in the selected client. Each campaign row includes status, SDR, contacts, emails sent, delivered emails, delivery rate, replies, reply rate, bounces, bounce rate, unsubscribes, unsubscribe rate, outbound calls, meetings set, contact-to-meeting rate, creation date, and archive date. A TOTAL row sums the volume metrics and recalculates the rates. The export always covers the full client history, even when the page is showing only Active campaigns. Authorized former-client historical views can use the same read-only export.
Expand assigned call practice
When an active Practice Campaign assignment is available to you, a client-specific call practice panel appears above the live campaign list. Non-SDR review views start it collapsed and show the number of available assignments. Select the Practice Campaign header to reveal or hide the assignment rows. The SDR view starts the panel open so assigned practice is immediately available. Clients do not see this internal training lane.
Open a practice assignment
Expand Practice Campaign, then choose Start practice before the first attempt, Continue practice after work begins, or Review readiness after every required scenario is quality cleared. A scenario counts as ready only when its connected attempt has the expected disposition, required work products, a complete evidence score, and launch-ready performance, or a documented Manager acceptance.
Review campaign activity
Use each row to review SDR, contacts, calls, emails, responses, today's sends, meetings, status, creation date, Send share, and actions. Search narrows the list by campaign name or SDR. Asked for Info readiness is not shown as a separate board on this page.
Start an eligible multi-campaign calling session
Authorized staff can select active campaigns, then choose Call All or Call AFI. Call AFI remains the live readiness path for Asked for Info work. The preflight checks assignment, script, email setup, callable contacts, duplicate contacts, and compatible call policy settings before Start compatible campaigns becomes available. An SDR can select campaigns assigned to them and, during an active Campaign Relief assignment, campaigns assigned to the SDR they are covering.
Open the response audit
Select the underlined number in Responses, including zero, to open that campaign's Response audit. The header shows Counted responses, Excluded automated, and all Attributed records, plus the reporting window, timezone, attribution rule, inclusion rule, deduplication rule, and excluded classifications.
Inspect counted and excluded records
Use All attributed, Counted, or Excluded. Each row shows whether it counted, contact and company, subject and preview, full message text when available, mailbox folder, received time, classification, exclusion reason, sequence attribution, message id, thread id, RFC id, and inbox id. Use Previous and Next when there are more than 50 records.
Understand the response count
Counted responses are campaign-attributed human inbound messages deduplicated by Gmail message id. Shwarming, Auto Reply, Internal, Out Of Office, Undeliverable, Ignore, Ignore Contact, and Ignore Global records stay visible in Excluded but do not increase the client-facing response total.
Set Send share
Authorized campaign managers can choose Standard share (1x), More volume (2x), High volume (5x), Very high volume (10x), or Send first. Shares divide eligible shared-sender capacity. They are not daily limits and do not bypass mailbox limits, warming, pacing, send windows, or safety checks.
Create and configure a paused campaign
Select New Campaign, name it, assign an SDR when available, and configure optional email sections. New campaigns start paused with no contacts. Open the campaign to prepare copy, sender settings, contacts, and dialing rules before activating it.
Complete email readiness before activation
When Post-Call or Auto-Cadence is enabled, activation checks the selected email type, active Basic or eMod templates for every configured step, supported merge tags, sender capacity, the resolved default signature and its required fields, and complete cached SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX for client-owned sending domains. Post-Call also needs an active Primary or SDR mailbox. If activation is refused, follow the specific error, correct each item, then retry.
Use campaign actions carefully
Open a row to review the campaign, copy it when allowed, pause or activate it, or archive it when it leaves the active workspace. Campaign Diagnostics is read-only and does not change enrollments or settings.
What the buttons do
- Export Performance
- Downloads a CSV across every current and archived campaign for the selected client, with sends, delivery, replies, bounces, unsubscribes, calls, meetings, calculated rates, and a TOTAL row.
- Practice Campaign header
- Expands or collapses the internal assignment rows. Non-SDR views start collapsed and show the assignment count, while the SDR view starts open.
- Start practice / Continue practice / Review readiness
- Opens an authorized internal Practice Campaign assignment. Review readiness appears only after every required scenario is quality cleared from its saved evidence.
- Call All
- Runs preflight for ordinary callable contacts across selected compatible active campaigns.
- Call AFI
- Runs the live Asked for Info preflight across selected compatible active campaigns. It does not depend on a separate readiness board.
- Start compatible campaigns
- Starts the checked multi-campaign Dialer plan only when every blocking preflight check passes.
- Responses number
- Opens the campaign Response audit for counted and excluded attributed messages.
- All attributed / Counted / Excluded
- Filters the Response audit without changing the campaign metric.
- View message text
- Expands the stored message body for an audit row when available.
- Previous / Next
- Moves through Response audit pages of up to 50 records.
- Active / All / Show Archived
- Controls which campaign statuses appear in the list. It does not limit Export Performance.
- Search campaigns
- Narrows the current view by campaign name or SDR.
- Send share
- Sets the relative Auto-Cadence allocation for eligible campaigns sharing a sender.
- On toggle
- Activates or pauses a campaign when your role allows it. A campaign with Post-Call or Auto-Cadence enabled must pass its full email readiness check before activation saves.
- New Campaign / Create Paused Campaign
- Creates a campaign in a safe paused state for configuration.
- Campaign Diagnostics
- Shows read-only readiness signals.
